The College counsellor enhances the welfare and well being of the student by providing academic, social and career support to students from Reception to Year 12. The College counsellor provides support to students regarding issues relating to their well-being including emotional, behavioural, family issues, stress, social skills, grief and physical and mental health issues. When necessary, the counsellor will liaise with parents, teaching staff and other professionals to ensure continuity of service and duty of care.
Class sessions are timetabled for various year groups to ensure that students are given the necessary support to be active and responsible citizens.
