Parents & Friends Committee

The Galstaun College Parents and Friends Association was formally launched in 2010. It’s purpose is to assist with fundraising for Galstaun College. All parents and friends of the College are welcome to be involved in the Parents & Friends Association (P&F).

The aim of the P&F is to bring the College community together and build the College community culture whilst fundraising by hosting events to assist the school to upgrade or introduce new facilities and programs.

In doing so P&F committees are integral in the planning and running events including College Dinner Balls, College Parents theme nights and events, College Student theme events, the College end of year Carols, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Grandparent’s Day and the Galstaun College Principal’s Cup Golf Day.

The structure of the Association is as follows:

Executive:
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, 6 Executive Members (who chair the Support Committees).

Support committees:
Canteen, Uniform Store, Class Parents, Major Events, Academic Support, Grandparents

Each Executive Member convenes meetings of the relevant committee as required and reports on the activities at P&F meetings.

Listed below are the names of the office bearers and the executive members.
